The room was neat and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The elevator made it easy to reach my room. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the downtown area and easy to find.

The staff were not very welcoming or helpful, especially the person who was supposed to be at the front desk. parking was a challenge, as there were no available spots nearby.

the staff were prompt in helping us with our bags upon check-in and providing us with motorcycle rides to park our car nearby. the location was convenient for walking to downtown and the beach, and although the breakfast was basic, it was included with our stay. the bathroom was modern and well-kept.

There were some issues with insects in the room that caused us to toss our food, and the hot water in the bathroom was not consistent.
